Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Return Window
    You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition
    Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. For footwear, try on indoors on a clean surface.

  • How to Start a Return
    Email contact@hypethewalk.com with your order number, item(s), and reason. We’ll send instructions and the return address. Where required by law, we provide prepaid labels; otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Refunds
    After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

  • Exchanges
    For the fastest exchange, return the item and place a new order for the desired size/color.

  • Non-Returnable Items
    Gift cards and final-sale items (marked at purchase) are not returnable unless defective.

  • Defects & Wrong Items
    If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right per your local consumer rights.
